In order to promote the construction of a skilled talent team for all employees in the factory and build a platform for frontline workers to grow and become talented, the third "Ausheng Cup" Employee Skills Competition in 2024, sponsored by the Pingwang Town Federation of Trade Unions and organized by the Aosheng Hi-tech Union, has successfully concluded. This competition consists of six projects: yarn picking, packaging, quality inspection, UT, simulated driving control circuit wiring, and testing programming. The competition will be conducted through a combination of written and practical tests. In the knowledge quiz section, contestants remain calm, have clear thoughts, and answer confidently; In the actual operation stage, contestants perform precise operations and complete each competition stage with high quality.

Aiming at "high-end" and reflecting "differences", facing the deepening development of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, this year's skills competition emphasizes "the competition follows the industry, and technology revolves around demand". A team of high skilled talents with reasonable structure, exquisite skills, and excellent quality is accelerating the gathering.

After fierce competition, a total of 6 first prizes, 9 second prizes, 12 third prizes, and 14 excellent prizes were determined in this competition. The union carefully prepared prizes for the winning contestants, including electric scooters, refrigerators, tower fans, etc. Wang Qun, Vice Chairman of Pingwang Town Federation of Trade Unions, and Zhang Dongling, Chairman of Aosheng Hi-tech Union, presented prizes to the award-winning contestants.
