In order to promote the construction of the skilled personnel team of the whole plant and build a platform for the growth and development of front-line workers, the "Ausheng Cup" staff skills competition in 2022, sponsored by the Pingwang Town Federation of Trade Unions and organized by Ausheng Technology Trade Union, was held in Ausheng Technology Field recently.

    This year's "Ausheng Cup" competition is divided into three items: yarn receiving competition, UT competition and inspection competition, which are ranked according to the scoring system. The emphasis is on the evaluation of the theoretical literacy and practical ability of the contestants. Each contestant has taken out his skills and carefully completed each competition.

After a fierce competition, a total of 3 first prizes, 5 second prizes, 7 third prizes, and 8 excellent prizes were determined. The prizes were automatic washing machines, refrigerators, and millet tower fans. Wang Qun, chairman of the Pingwang Town Trade Union, Ren Jianmin, deputy general manager of Aosheng Technology, Zhang Dongling, chairman of the Trade Union, and Huang Xianzhong, manager of the Wind Power Quality Department, presented prizes to the winners respectively.

This competition provides a platform for front-line employees to learn skills, exchange experience, improve skills and show their style.
